This table shows the current status of Utility Network Industry Configurations and data loading tools. It will be kept up to date.
Resource specific data models for the utility network are contained in the corresponding Network Configuration. For example, if looking for the water distribution data model for the utility network download the Water Distribution Data Management for ArcGIS Enterprise.
Hi there,
Where can one find the location of the file geodatabase to download that is the schema, etc of the above configurations? I keep hearing about this with no direction/location of where to find it.
Thanks
What type of network do you want the schema for? Meaning electric distribution, gas or water distribution.
Howard,
I'm after Electric Distribution & Gas at the moment. In time, I'll be looking for Electric Transmission & Telecommunnications when they become available.
Thanks
You need the asset packages included with these configurations:
For each of those configurations look under the Get Started tab. Step 3 is what will give you the asset packages that contains the schema you can load to the utility network.
This explains what is included in the Industry Configurations - https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/product/electric-gas/introducing-utility-network-configura...
If you need more help let us know.
Howard,
Thanks for this. I'm having trouble with Step 2 in finding the untools with python add in part of ArcGIS Pro. I have asked this question as Plan B to see what can be obtained until this issue of mine is resolved.
Thanks
If you search for untools and nothing shows up, hit the refresh button and try searching again. I run into that issue pretty frequently when setting up a new machine to do UN work. Fortunately Esri documented this as a 'note' in their steps 😃
Robert,
I have tried that step several time with no success. Had to install the package manually via the command prompt
Hi Anthony
going through the initial setup at one of our customer sites and also discovered the untools package was never found to be added.
We found we were unable to Add Python Packages using ArcGIS Pro due to 2 issues
conda.anaconda.org
repo.continuum.io
52.216.0.0/16 (AWS S3 buckets)
Hope this helps someone else as well.
Any Updates on this, it is over 6 months old? Is this still the correct location?
