I am seeking advice on a forestry-related data analysis problem. Specifically, I have data on the tree species composition of various mixed forest compartments in a given region, as well as an NDVI image of the study area. My goal is to determine whether there is a correlation between the abundance of certain tree species and the NDVI values.
If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations for tools that could help me analyze the relationship between tree species and NDVI values, I would greatly appreciate it.
