ArcGIS Experience Builder: The Dynamic Content panel does not appear

I can't open the Dynamic Content panel for the Text widget. This issue occurred in Step 6 of 3.3: Configure Dynamic Content in Tutorial 3 of Getting to Know Web GIS 5th edition. Although I clicked the Dynamic Content button on the toolbar, the Dynamic Content panel did not appear.

I could see the Dynamic Content panel. I should have added a space after the text.
