The 2022 UCGIS Symposium will focus on looking forward to what’s next for the geospatial community as society continues to grapple with urgent social and environmental challenges including the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change, environmental sustainability, issues of inclusion and diversity, and more. The symposium is an opportunity to bring together experts focused on exploring not only new directions, technologies, and priorities for geospatial science research and education, but also the needs of the future workforce.
