Abstract:

Schema changes and large data loads can cause substantial geodatabase updates that are problematic – even impossible – to download over slow or pricey network connections like a cellular network. We will present our solution to this issue, which utilizes a custom HTTP response provided by the server and a side-loaded configuration to interrupt the sync process in the ArcGIS runtime code, allowing the user to delay updates until he or she reaches a good connection.
