For free, open, and accessible map data, you can't beat OpenStreetMap, provided your data is compatible with an ODbL license. It's not quite as simple as "upload dataset", but boasts a very active and often helpful community of users, so there's no reason to go it alone.
What region are you working in, and how many clinics? If you want to go with OSM, I can put the word out in some of the OSM talk spaces to see if there's a mapper local to the area who'd be willing to help.
