Does anyone know how to create a new user group? I would like to create a "GIS Higher Education" user group (I didn't see one in the list)

Hi @SaraJLD! While there are a few User Groups with specific focuses in education, there isn't currently one that covers all bases of GIS like your proposed title implies. We have a Help Document with a basic overview of User Groups and instructions on how to request that one be created in How to create or change a community place or user group. Please give that a look through and let us know if you have any questions, or go ahead and use the form linked in that document to make the request.
