Esri Community 2022 Q1 Update
Esri Community 2022 Q1 Health Metrics:
During Q1 we welcomed 12,500 new community members which increased our total members to 283,000. It was great to connect with those of you who attended DevSummit in March. And we’ve been excited to see all the new members come in this year and get connected in the Member Introduction board. If you’re new and haven’t posted there yet, we invite you drop in and say “hi!,” and tell us what you’re working on, we’d love to hear from you.
During the first quarter we saw an average of 49,000 member logins each month. Community members submitted 610 ideas across the ArcGIS Ideas Exchanges, and Esri Community received 2 million visits, with 64% coming from visitors outside of the United States.
For 2022 Q1, across the entire community we had more than 4,800 new questions asked, with 35% marked as Accepted Solutions, and combined 65% answered by Esri staff and community MVPs, which account for 1.32% of the entire community members. At the individual place level, the top places for Questions/Accepted Solutions rate were:
- ArcGIS Survey123 (44%)
- ArcGIS API for JS (41%)
- ArcGIS Pro (33%)
- ArcGIS Online (30%)

- Accepted Solutions are when the person who asked the question marks it as answered, here’s how to mark questions as accepted solutions.
- You can also save time by searching questions with accepted solutions.
- Great solutions start with asking great questions. Follow these instructions to generate the most helpful responses to your questions.
