Errors when installing modules

I am having difficulty installing these 2 modules - Wordcloud and seaborn
!pip install WordCloud
I get these error messages. I know that pip is in the arcgispro-py3-clone folder.
It returns this but when I restart and re-run the kernel it only returns the error above each time I try to run the "pip install WordCloud" code.
Would appreciate suggestions.
