Can I send an ArcPad AXF file over to someone who has the original geodatabase without checking it in?

I am collecting GPS data for a client using ArcPad, but I do not have the original geodatabase to do the check-ins/check-outs through ArcMap. The client has the original geodatabase to do the check-ins/check-outs. I can see the data I collected when I open it up in ArcPad, but when I send the axf file to the client in a zipped folder, they cannot see the data or check it in. Is there something I should be doing before I send it over?

We use ArcPad daily and have been doing so for many years. I do not know why they would be unable to view your data or check it in after unzipping it. Maybe send a copy of the AXF to them as-is, unzipped?

I'm sorry this is not a more useful reply but I just wanted to let you know that, based on the information you provided and my understanding of ArcPad AXF files, there is nothing you should be doing differently on your end.
