I'm work in Iraqi geological survey. Recently, we worked on old paper-maps that painted in Karbala_1979_Polservice coordinate system, then we need to reprojection into WGS84, but when georeferencing this map with angle coordinates the rectified map matched to WGS84 index Grid layer. what the correct procedure that should be tracking to work with this type of maps that have old coordinate system.
