Workers not showing up as active in Workforce

I have been utilizing workforce with a department in my city and I was just made aware that one of field workers is active and working but it is not displaying him as so in workforce and he is unable to get assignments assigned to him. 

Has anyone had this issue as well? If so, how did you fix this?

I have the dispatch map and field worker map set up to refresh every 30 seconds as well instead of the default time of 15 minutes.

@MeganWheat what release of Workforce does the user have and what type of device/OS are they using?
