Overwrite feature service produced by web app tool hosted on ArcGIS Enterprise

Hi, we have developed models that are published as web tools and added as buttons on the web app builder. Is it possible to overwrite output results (hosted feature services)? When we run the tool multiple times for the demo, we get a warning the layers exist and must always resort to deleting them first. When the model was running on Pro before publishing, it was overwriting results in a file geodatabase so we were hoping we could have the same behavior on Portal/Enterprise. This would be very helpful also for us because if we built dashboards, we can simply overwrite new results and reflect them on our dashboard.
