The ArcGIS Urban model appears not to have saved edits

The user was working in large edit sessions, then they saved edits and returned to work a few hours later. When returned, the item was unable to be opened and contents did not appear to be updated. Can this data be recovered and what may have caused this?

Sorry that the user has troubles using ArcGIS Urban. Would it be possible to give us more details on this issue? For example:

  1. In which part of the app was the user performing the edits? (e.g. editing a project in the project editor, editing spaces in the plan editor, editing types in the data manager, editing the plan or project settings).
  2. Which "item" was unable to be opened? Are you referring to the Urban model not being opened? Or does the error happen on opening a specific plan or project?
  3. Is there an error shown in the application? If yes, can you provide a screenshot?
