Survey123 problem accessing form attachments via inbox

Good afternoon,

In Survey123 I have a field where I add a file as an attachment and then send it to the server. When I go to the inbox and retrieve the forms with an attachment, only the question label appears and you can't see the attachments. The form was created in Connect and is being filled out in Field App. Today I installed the latest versions of Connect and Field App (I tested with the latest versions of these software).

I have an implementation of this type in a large project, I attach a small file as an example (to simplify).
