I am trying to create a feature report with a signature collected from survey123. It was working fine but now when there are edits made through the form and resubmitted, the signature is now blank. There is only one "signature" attachment/image associated with the record. Any ideas why it would be a blank signature line if there is a signature attachment/image associated with it. Thanks!
Just to confirm if you submit a new survey with a signature, then create the report that works, the issue is only when you re-edit that survey and then create another report?
This is to make sure that the behavior is present on new records created and not just on older records that have been in the data for a while.
I found the solution to that issue, I had to change an edit setting so it keeps the signature form the first submitted form to the next. My main issue is attachments on feature reports within Portal. Thanks!
