Survey123 Collaboration Settings Not Working properly

I am having an issue with the Share Results Collaboration function in Survey123. Members of a shared group are unable to view the results of the survey in the data view on the Web.

These are the settings I have selected under the Share Results Tab in Collaborate for the survey:

Who can view results of this survey? I have a specific Group within my Organization selected 

What data can viewers see? All records in this survey

What can viewers do? View and export data

Notes: The survey was edited and published in Survey123 Connect. 

Is anyone else experiencing this? Not sure why there is an issue. Any advice would be appreciated.
