Survey Points that show up in data table, don't show up in map

I'm working on an experience builder for in office work orders pictured here.

For some reason the 'open' section for all of these tabs is empty, even though the table for the feature layer does include the data. Shown here:

The only filters are to only show the relevant department, and to hide points with a 'closed' status. Points were collected through survey123 connect.

In the data sample you showed, the Department field is blank. Are you sure you have 'open' data for the department used in your filter.
