Survey Not Available in Inbox For Editing After Second Submission

I have 16 survey forms that were completed and submitted in the spring for aquatic data logger installation. Under Collaborate on Survey123 OnLine, the form is set up to allow submitters to "Add and update records" and "Allow multiple submissions" so the submitted forms appear in the Inbox for completion when we collect the loggers in the fall. For one station, we had to go back, retrieve the logger, make a change and so we edited the previously submitted survey form that was sitting in the Inbox and resubmitted it. The survey form for that station no longer appears in my Inbox, Outbox or Drafts box. All other survey forms are still available for editing in the Inbox. Any idea why I can't see the one form that I have submitted twice? How do I modify the settings to access to this form for editing again? I've tried turning the Sent Box on, as we are only doing the survey from a single Samsung Galaxy device, but I have not been able to get the Sent box to appear on the tablet.

Problem resolved. I had to refresh the inbox. I had tried that earlier, but my tablet wasn't actually connected to the internet, despite indicating that it was connected.
