Survey 123 connect error message

Hello, I made a copy of one survey and published the original survey, I did some work on my copied survey and now I get an error message: code 400. It says folder title not available.

Unable to create folder.

I made my copy before I published the original survey.

Looks like you kept the same survey name.  123 uses this to create the AGOL folder and feature service.  But it is already there from the first form.  Need to change the title of the copy.
