Report - not showing colour coded score values

Hi there,

I have a risk score added to my survey with colors added as Red to "Extreme Risk", Orange to "Very high risk" and so on. 

I can see these values populated on the Survey123 website. But when trying to export through template I am getting the code assigned to it. 

On website 

 On report

How to get the value with out codes on report?
