Repeats with "minimal" appearance doen't work into a group with field-list appearence for Webform

Hello all,

In my Survey I have a group with the appearance "Field List", which contains several repetitions with the appearance "minimal", so that it starts without record, as the following text says:

The app works fine.

However, in the web form, the repeats "create" the first record empty, as no appearance was chosen. Inside these repetitions, some questions must be required, only if the record is completed. To continue to the next page, I must to erase the empty records in the repeats. 

How I can set to use the "minimal" appearance and avoid creating initial records in the web form?

I just tested applying a minimal appearance to a repeat, and it looks like it is functioning as expected in the web app and not creating the first record automatically.

Would you be able to share your XLSForm so we can look into it in more detail?

The behavior is present when the draft mode is on.
