Leyer appearance in strange format

I am trying to create a map with layers but it appears in the storage format  I have a screenshot  it. Any advice on what is going on here?

If you are viewing this layer in a map question within Survey123 the layers will need to be in Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere spatial reference.

Thanks and how i can do it in  Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere spatial reference? Do you have a guide or advice? It worked this way before when the sample size  were small

Hello @DrJumaKhudonazarov, 

You will need to either publish a new layer or overwrite the existing layer and when you publish the layer the map coordinate system will need to be set to Web Mercator.

thanks  the new layer worked  but now I can not  see live updates from Survey 123 , refresh interval or action is not working
