How to eliminate hidden questions from a Survey123 individual report

Dear ESRI Community,

Is there any guidance for eliminating conditionally hidden questions in a Survey123 form individual submission report?

The entire survey is showing up in the report, and some of the questions were hidden for ease in analysis and collection of data in the report.

Respond with any guidance, and thank you for your work.

You need to either exclude them from the Feature Report, or add logic into the Feature Report to conditionally hide/show items.

Did you just make/use the example report that Esri generated? If so, they will contain all questions from your survey by default.
