I uploaded my feature report templates and they have been working just fine, no issues. However, now I am getting some weird errors and I do not know what they mean. See attached. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
I'm getting the same issues this morning. I don't think it's a "you" problem.
Not seen that one before from that page. Error 400 means something doesn't exist (EDIT: doesn't exist or that it is inaccessible). Did you make a change to the survey that recreated the database, and then forget to refresh that page?
My only advise right now is refresh the page and try again.
I republished the survey, added some choices for a question. Updated a CSV file for a pull data function. Nothing crazy. I am sorry, but what needs to be refreshed exactly. The feature report templates were working with no issues until now.

The error message indicates something occurs when the report service tries to assemble data from the feature layer before printing the report. However, the feature layer does not return the data as expected since it considers some parameters for the /query request are invalid.
Is this issue still reproduceable on the current Survey123 website? If yes, can you please repeat the workflow on the beta website https://survey123beta.arcgis.com and share with us the faild job ID so we can look into the details?
