combine repeats?

I have a survey with 3 identical repeats (one assigned to each department we are observing). In the output dataset, I have 4 tables (the 3 repeats plus the survey questions). Is there a way to join these repeats via survey123 so they are contained in one table?

Simplest way would be to create a feature report. 

More complex would be to use power query or xlookup in excel to join the data into one table.

Alternatively, you could use arcgis python api to combine the data and export into excel.
