Hello. We have a file type question in our survey form (ArcGIS Online), and its primary purpose is to allow users to batch upload files including PDF files. However, when re-editing, via the Inbox, an already submitted record, the file type question is not available anymore (both in the mobile and desktop versions), i.e. users cannot add new files or remove existing files. Is this a technical limitation? If not, can we circumvent this issue? Thank you!

UPDATE: it worked for an image question, but it doesn't seem to work for the file question. I will keep testing.
Do you have the appearance set to multiline for the attachment question so you can add more than one? If I am remembering correctly, you can't delete an old attachment in this scenario.
