When starting from the cover page and selecting an item in portfolio the tabs don't seem to render. Here is an example from an ESRI portfolio https://storymaps.arcgis.com/collections/d34681ac0d1a417894a3a3d955c6913f They seem to appear if I go back to the initial cover page and select again - but I've tried a few portfolios and it looks like after initial load and selecting an item something is funky.

Thanks for reporting this. I can reproduce the issue. We will look to get this addressed in an upcoming release.
I've got this logged as a support case also.
Hi @OwenGeo , just adding to the issue already flagged regarding the navigation tabs not appearing after initially launching a Collection and then exploring a StoryMap. A double scrollbar also occurs when exploring a StoryMap for the first time, and depending on screen-size, the lower half of the StoryMap becomes white-space / is cropped. There also seems to be an issue with viewing web maps within a StoryMap on a mobile device, via a Collection. The navigation bar / tabs of the Collection obscure the Expand button on the map, meaning you're unable to collapse the map and continue exploring the StoryMap. Would the bug fixes to the Collection be before the next quarterly updates? My organisation is releasing a series of StoryMaps in the next two weeks and we were hoping to use the Collection as a landing page. Thanks!
