Sorry, I'm very new and not sure if I'm in the right place.

I'm trying to create my first story map. After publishing an early version I looked and saw that the first sentence of the story map read:

We would like to add trails to the Pratt reserve.

It was missing a letter in the last word, it was supposed to say:
We would like to add trails to the Pratt Preserve.

I assume this would be a trivial fix and clicked edit. However I found I can remove material but not and material. That first sentence now reads:

We would like to add trails to the .

I do see that I can edit the main content but I can't seem to edit the introduction. What am I missing?

I'll include a link to the story:

https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/906e083111d4483ba14e8404cb55c703

I see I should have used a different link:

There's certainly a word/character limit for the subtitle - which may also be dependent on your Theme, but not sure on that.

I would say you've just run out of characters and need to shorten it.

I think you are on to something. I initially didn't think so because I saw that I could remove characters but couldn't add any, even after removing some. However, I removed the entire statement, we wrote and tried adding it and saw that it chopped off the end, so I rewrote in a shorter form and it worked. Thank you David
