We are experiencing some issues with the ArcGIS ARView (Augmented Reality View) across different mobile brands and versions.

On some mobile brands like Samsung, the AR graphic features overlay correctly on the real world.

However, on Chinese Mobile brands like OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo, Poco etc., the ARView is hanging at the top, getting stuck, and sometimes becoming disoriented.

We kindly seek valuable guidance from ESRI on this matter. Please connect us with the relevant person who can assist and guide us in resolving this issue.

Thank you for your support.

@ravim

A few notes upfront:
- The ArcGISArView of the 100.x-based ArcGIS Runtime Toolkit for Android is not under active development anymore since it depends on Google's discontinued ArSceneView.
- A new toolkit based on the 200.x Maps SDK for Kotlin is available here. We have just released an AR component for TableTop use cases at 200.7.0 and we are currently working on an AR component for WorldScale use cases.

As for your issue:
- Could you provide more info re "ARView is hanging at the top, getting stuck, becoming disoriented". I assume you mean the virtual data overlayed on top of the camera feed is not positioned/aligned where it should be? Some screen shots migh be helpful.
- The ArSceneView used by ArcGISArView requires Google Play Services for AR. Could you verify that this is installed on the devices you mentioned above.
- Here is the list of ARCore supported devices for China. Are the devices you experience issues with listed there?
