Generate Events GP Tool in Roads and Highways, overwrites editor tracking fields regardless of whether there is any change occurred to the data in the re-generating process. It is desirable to have an enhancement where it overwrites editor tracking fields only when the data changed due to regeneration and also to honor selection of routes for Generate event
