How Colocation Analysis works—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

I have seen this page which introduces how colocation analysis works. there is a fomula about the calculation of CLQ like this photo.

I am wondering what is the meaning of Na→b, the explanation only gives the exact meaning of Na→b in LCLQ, instead of CLQ. If it means the number of A which has B as its neighborhood, why result of CLQ becomes smaller when I use bigger 'distance_band' in calculation?
