I am working with Branch Versions on a Utility Network Feature Service in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.4. I often use the version changes window to find edits that my team has made in a version. If I ever change to default with version changes open, I get multiple warning popups stating that "No ancestor versions were found to compare against." It used to usually be 3 to 6 of these messages. Today, I have entirely closed the version changes tab but I am getting ~thirty of these warning popups anytime I make a change to my aprx. This is especially strange because I no longer have the version changes window open, and I am no longer changing versions. This is repeatedly happening with >30 warning popups each time I change definition queries in my aprx. All the windows in the screenshot are warning popups that appeared immediately after applying a definition query from the layer properties window. These windows disappear one at a time each time I click 'OK'.
