Hi all,
I'm trying to upload a feature layer by overwriting an existing layer but keep getting an error "unable to retrieve information for existing item". In the past when I shared it, it ran smooth with no issue. I know I have full permissions since I'm a portal user.
Any ideas how to troubleshoot around it? thank you!
