Unable to Log into ArcGIS Pro 2.8.3

I'm having problems logging into ArcGIS Pro version 2.8.3 using my Google credentials.  I can log into My ESRI, ArcGIS Online, and the Community just fine, but Pro never loads.  

I launch Pro and it pops up the typical login window.  I tried logging in through each browser on my Surface: Chrome, IE, and Edge.  The window pop up, I sign in but then the page continuously loads but never gets anywhere.  Pro's splash page is up until I get to this point a which point it disappears.  Watching the Task Manager, Pro is active until I sign in through the browser, at which point the process terminates.

I've reset the cache and cleared browsing history for each.  I've done the registry edit from this link.  I've renamed and removed the Local Data folders as described here.  As a last resort I've uninstalled and re-installed Pro.  Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to resolve this?
