Working with polyline data representing movements at the Battle of Gettysburg in 1863. Whenever I go to enable time data, however, nothing shows on the map, as if Arc has no data to display at all. See image below for settings.

For added complication, this same setting worked yesterday, but with seemingly nothing changed, it no longer displays data.

In the attribute table and for your symbology, you're using Override 1, 2, etc.  What if you set the symbology to just single symbol symbology?  Do the lines appear when time is enabled?

I recently had a similar situation while using time-enabled data, which I'm not very experienced with. Ultimately, my solution had to do with the "Current Time" settings on the Time tab. I had set Current Time for a window that did not cover the time ranges of my data so nothing displayed.

From your screenshot, which only shows me a small subset of your data, the range of values in StartTime and EndTime appear to be 7/2/1863 between the hours of 16:20 and 16:40. However, your Current Time setting begins at 7/2/1863 16:55 which is outside the range of StartTime and EndTime in the screenshot. Might this be a potential source of trouble?
