Stuck in Quick-Start Tutorial for ArcGIS Pro 3.4

I am teaching myself arcGIS while I have an internship and access to the software. I am going through the ESRI Quick-Start Tutorial "create a project" for version 3.4. I am at the point where I am using the locator pane to search for San Gorgonio but when it in no suggestions pop up below. I closed the project, restarted my computer and still, no suggestions are popping up. Any advice would be huge as I am so new to this.

Click the Options pull down and make sure that the ESRI World Geocoder is checked on.

Thank you so much for answering my question. Unfortunately, when I click that drop down - the XY provider is the only line. How do i go about getting ESRI World Geocoder added there?
