I am getting a snapping problem when I am trying to connect a line feature to a point feature and I'm hoping someone has a solution.
I have created a utiltiy network and set connectivity rule of type Edge-Junction.
I added two device features on map (points), then I try to connect those point features together using line feature, knowing that I have checked the snapping setting, I could not snap the line feature end point with the point feature.
Did I miss any thing,
