Select/check centerline address ranges against address points?

I have feature layers with data for centerlines and address points. I want to find the address ranges in the centerline segments that are incorrect, and I don't have access to the Address Data Management Solution. Pro's select and relate tools don't allow me to compare multiple fields across both layers at the same time, as I have pre-directional, street name, street type, and post directional fields in both, as well as house numbers and low/high even/odd address ranges. Is there any way that I could check for centerline records where the address point's matching street doesn't have a house number value within the centerline's address ranges?

You could run the Feature Compare GP tool in ArcGIS Pro to compare 2 FC's against geometry, tabular values, spatial reference and field definitions.

The problem is that for every centerline segment (with fields for the lowest odd and even house numbers and highest odd and even house numbers allowed along each segment), there would (ideally) be several address points near it, each of which would have one of the house numbers in that segment's range. However, several of the address points are closer to a different street's centerline than their matching street's centerline. The feature classes are a polyline and points, with about five fields that have matching values, but which would only be useful for comparing if the address point is near the correct street, not its house number. I'm trying to find which house numbers from the address points are within each associated centerline's minimum/maximum house number values, and which ones aren't. Maybe their tables would be easier to compare in Excel.
