Hi--I would like to put a one-acre buffer (120' radius) around the building footprints in a thousand parcel town but constrain or clip or intersect the buffers so that they do not extend beyond the parcels within which the building footprints are located. Is there a tool for this, or is the solution more in the realm of model building (which I have just started looking at). Perhaps there is a model that can (successively?) create intersections between the building footprints and their parcels?
