Kernel not utilising GPU when selected

Hello!

I'm on ArcGIS Pro 3.0 and attempting to run a process using a Notebook and GPU as processor type.

It doesn't seem to be utilising the GPU though, instead maxing out my CPU. I have confirmed this using Task Manager (with CUDA selected) and NVIDIA's utility.

I am needing process hundreds of rasters using this tool, and CPU alone is not feasible for this.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? See code and sys info below. Thanks for any help! 🙂
