I have a Polygon feature which has 9 polygons in it and have broken down each polygon into 11x17 panels. What I would like to do is generate a grid line or for that matter just a line showing where the 11x17 panels are located in each polygon. Sort of like trying to create a key so a contractor can use to follow.

How can I do this?

The grid index features tool might do the trick https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/cartography/grid-index-features.htm.

If all 9 polygons are the same and have the same 11 x 17 panels in them, just create a Polyline Feature Class and draw the grid in.  You can then copy and paste the lines to each panel and snap them properly.

Or use the Feature to Line tool to generate polylines from the Polygons.
