I have just installed ArcGIS Pro using a new account that I created for personal use. On launching the Pro application I have found that it started 'spazzing out' for lack of a better way of putting it. I am by no means a expert on with Pro or computers so I have no idea what to do other than ask for my money back. I have included some photos of what is happening.
