History: allow annotation or alias of item names

It would be lovely to have the ability to custom rename (alias) tools in the History pane for quick reference at the outermost level, like this:

It would also be nice to be able to mass-export the history to a textfile, with all the tools and their parameters at once, rather than -- say -- line by line as python.

@JillRKelly I like the idea of a custom note.
We can add a Rename option so that this will be possible.

For the second item, there is an option that is available now to write geoprocessing to an .xml log:  Does this satisfy what you are looking for?
