Printing from AGOL map results in layer offset

Hello,

I am running into a persistent problem where staff try to print a basic map from ArcGIS Online, only to have some of the layers display a significant offset. This seems to be only happening in one of our online maps, and the same feature layers do not print with an offset in other maps. Images of an example are included here.

If nothing jumps out, can you please share more about how your map is configured? Do you have a custom basemap or any symbology effects in the map?
