Hello,
Can someone explain, or point me in the right search direction, how the Citizen Problem Reporter can be secure given that an individual can access the application through the Guest/Anonymous link?
This has been brought up by my IT manager and I can't seem to find any documentation that specifically speaks to this to alleviate his fears.
