AGOL Web Service is not fully showing online

I am using ArcPro and I have a large (roughly 3 gb) Geodatabase I am trying to host on AGOL. I created a Web Map on ArcPro and then hosted it on AGOL. In the thumbnail in AGOL it appears that the layer available for the entire area of extent (see below):

However, when I go to the Map Viewer only the northern portion of the Study Area is shown. I double checked that tiles have been built so they should show up. This is what it looks like:

AGOL has been very painful to use when trying to load imagery layers. Does anyone have any solutions?
