I created a group and in the settings for "Who can contribute content" I have it set to All Group Members.
Since I created the group, I am automatically a member. I am also the AGOL administrator.
When I try to add items to the group I am only able to add items that I own. Items owned by other users are not listed.
Under "Add items to group", when clicking the My Content dropdown, it is the only option.
As an administrator, from what I have read, I should be able to add items to the group as long as I have All Group Members set in the settings for who can contribute content.
The only way around this, is to change the owner to me, add the item, then change the owner back.
What am I missing?
Does the member that has items you want to add to this group have the sharing set to 'organization' or private. Ensure that the item is shared with the organization.
Because all of these can be added
To share items owned by other users in your group, ensure that group members have shared their items with the organization during publishing. and verify that your group settings allow members to contribute their items.

What happens when you go to the item detail page and add to the group through there? (share - edit group sharing)
Yes, that is the sharing for the item I am trying to share.
When I try to share from the item detail page I do see the group and I was able to share it.
It is just odd that when I try to add items through the group, I can only see items own by me, not by anyone else, even if they are shared to the Organization.
