Edit Feature Settings in a Table View

It would be nice to have a table where I could look at all of my layer settings at once and be able to change them in the table, instead of having to click on each layer to change the settings.

Currently to check and edit layer settings I click on Content and Settings, for each layer one at a time like this:

I will rebuild indexes or change the cache settings:

It would be cool if I could see this in the table view, and edit these settings in the table, because I have several layers:
