Improve the functionality of calculating field values.
Currently only admins and owners can use map viewer to calculate. And they cannot limit the affected festures my selecting them on the MAP. Instead, we can only use filter. It shouldn't be this difficult to calculate field c as field a + field b for 10 of the features I see on the map viewer! And why limit it to admins and owners?
The ArcGIS REST API: Spatial Analysis Service has a field calculator task, but this is missing from both the Javascript api and web app builder.
Here is the rest api calculate call which also is missing from the javascript and webapp builder resources.

It is completely lacking examples for usage.
